Free Shipping Within the United States

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States! We currently ship to all 50 states.

Processing & Delivery Time

Each item is custom printed-on-demand specifically for you after you place your order.

Total Delivery Time: 4-10 business days from order date

This includes:

  • Production: 2-5 business days to print your custom item
  • Shipping: 2-5 business days for delivery

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Current Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays

If your order is significantly delayed beyond our estimated timeframe, please contact us at wwidewhale@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us at wwidewhale@gmail.com within 7 days

We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or find a solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you need to update your address after ordering:

  • Contact us immediately at wwidewhale@gmail.com
  • If production hasn't started, we can update it for you
  • Once your item has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
